It is always better to e-mail us as a help ticket is created and tracked, everything that happens in and around the problem is recorded, so that it may be resolved quickly. Random calls coming in cannot easily be tracked and can get lost in translation. 



If you do call in with a problem, we will assist you, but in most cases, we will ask you to send us the request in writing from an authorized email address. This is mostly for security and to ensure we action exactly what you want and that no mistakes are made.
